Marco ArnulfoandBrandon Thomas b1d0aab486 styles.modify takes the hex colours format.color takes (#865) (#881) 
A character colour given as a string now reads the way format.color reads it: RRGGBB, #RRGGBB, or auto/automatic in any case. The serialized forms ("Auto", {"Rgb": [r, g, b]}) read as before and are still what gets written, so documents and settings on disk round-trip unchanged. A colour that isn't one of these is still a parameter error.
