M14: Polish says what a signature says, and the rest of the interface
A Polish signature panel headed "Ważność podpisu jest NIEZNANA" and listed
its details in English: the catalog had none of the engine's signature
wordings (sign::pdf::WORDINGS, 57) or the changes after signing they name
(kind::ALL, 10), and lacked 34 UI literals besides.
All 101 are translated, and two tests keep them so:
- polish_covers_ui_literals, every tl!() literal (as Japanese has);
- polish_says_what_a_signature_says, the signature wordings and change kinds
with their {} holes.
Both fail on the previous catalog. ATTRIBUTION.toml carries the new hash.
