Form controls: tests for denied commands brought in by a file and for linked cells under protection

A button's command is refused at Insert, at Assign Action and, when a file's hidden name carries
it, at press time (file.save, file.saveAs with a path, file.open, app.commands, macro.run,
automate.runScript, control.press); nothing runs and no file is written. A slider or spin button
whose linked cell is locked on a protected sheet refuses the change through control.setValue,
Format Control and Insert, and keeps its value; a link to another sheet obeys that sheet's
protection; an unlocked linked cell takes the value.
