Trevor BrownandClaude Fable 5.1 68b9423748 Suggest auto layout: the parity doc says a band overlapping on both axes stays Fixed (#1823) 
A band frame hugs only when its own split gives it auto layout; a band whose layers overlap along both axes stays a Fixed frame with a warning. The parity row, its revision entry and the code comment now say so.
