Integration: #1676 the Insert Table limits test uses the limits, not sizes above them
...
Main refuses a size outside the limits instead of clamping it, so the test inserts the largest table and checks one step over each limit is refused.

Also (the PR's own CI failure): package.rs calls check_pdf_options and pdf_report on wasm, so those two re-exports are no longer wasm-gated (only pdf_export is).

The merge of PR #1503 took main's and #1080 's merged picker as is; this applies the eyedropper's own delta on top of upr/1080 (canvas::color_at, drag-from-picker in dialogs.rs, tests, picker strings). Conflicts: dialogs.rs kept the single-fire Enter/Esc handling with the eyedropper's trimmed OK key; the i18n tables keep both sides' entries.

The swatch outline reads Tokens::field_border. The field cross, the slider markers and the
OK pill's white text stay fixed colours: they sit on arbitrary colours or on the accent fill,
as in the other dialogs' OK buttons.
