Dylan M. Taylor 903b816bdf crw: keep the format record, drop the derivation trail 
The crate's record should hold what the decoder is built from, not the process
that produced it. The starting assumptions, the plan, the container notes, the
entropy-derivation log, the chart calibration, the probe scripts and their
observational logs are not part of it. The frozen-table JSONs and
tools/gen_tables.py stay, so src/tables.rs can still be regenerated and audited.

Renumber the surviving documents 01-05 in reading order and update every
reference to them, so the record reads in order and cites nothing that is no
longer there.

AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md go back to main: repository instructions are not part of
this change.

## Assets embedded by the optional PDF writer
Krilla 0.8.2 bundles the following Compact ICC Profiles by Clinton Ingram, under CC0-1.0.
The immutable source revision is `3ffdf0588cf98050aad6edba51ca70162e1fb5b5`, recorded by the
registry package's `.cargo_vcs_info.json`. These are the same dependency profiles already
used by the apps' Krilla exporters. The local backend snapshot retains these four profiles; the optional writer adds no font binaries.
The profile licence is retained in `licenses/pdf-writer/LICENSE-ICC.txt`.

The four Krilla ICC entries above are also stored unchanged in `vendor/krilla/icc`.
The vendored source patches are in `vendor/krilla/patches`, described in `vendor/krilla/README.craft.md`; per-file hashes are in `vendor/krilla/SOURCE.json`.
## Assets retained with the optional PDF reader
The shared reader centralizes the five patched Hayro source trees from PdfCraft and the
patched crates.io `hayro-postscript` 0.1.0 scanner, which bundles no assets.
The standard-14 fonts, CMYK profile and generated metrics listed below remain byte-identical
in `vendor/hayro-interpret`, and the CMaps in `vendor/hayro-cmap/assets`; no application
document fonts are added. The removed upstream LAB.icc profile is not restored. Source hashes
and the exact transfer revision are recorded in each vendored crate's SOURCE.json.
