* fix drag/drop and select mouse events for multi select

* fix deselectin via clicking spaces

* selection manager can now select via provided knodes

* house cleaning, setup app mode to highlight the select button, and also better colors

* fix: toolbarmain container should not block pointer events

* fix: lock button states, multiselect can not pick locked items

* fix: toolbarNode hides when you deselect all nodes

* cleanup consolelogs, change selector square's color
