1.Made changes to OOP for the timeline to be explicit to what the functions are intended for.

2.Internal state vs external events added public and private modifiers.
3.Renamed the clips to from track clip to clip to reduce the confusion and solidify the communication.
4.Modified Scene Saving and Loading and refactored to make it more consistent and understandable.
