Brandon Thomas d08d3cd543 New 'enums' crate for db "enum-like" fields, composite keys, etc. 
This should be useful for:

- Actual enum fields
- Enum-like char/varchar fields
- Composite keys, polymorphic record behavior, etc.

This should also define how these values are returned over the HTTP API
