During the meeting, most people liked the panel being on the right side
more than the left panel demo.
This PR is for extending the right side panel to full height for more
vertical space as we talked about.
changes:
- much better full height right side panel, a lot more vertical space
- if side panel is open it resizes the timeline's right side
Fix/ Pagination in Side Tabs
- updated itemElements to be compatible with pagination
- updated characters, animation, expressions & objects tab to use
pagination
- hard set loading user & featured items of any kind to be 100
- better pagination implementation in audio tab
- patching filters to load everything first
- code cleanup, resolve linter complaints
Fix/ Filter Items in Side Tabs
- patching FilterButton and other components so then the filters
actually works
- patching all tabs to use the FilterButton
- clean up, eliminated unnecessary signal to remember filters.

the MyMovies button is named GenerateModal in the code for reason I am
not sure about
anyway, only 1 endpoint left here, it's getting the info of the details
of the movie, it works if you can click a completed movie and it brings
you to its detailed page
