  - Still needs "ends" support

- Lots of cleanup and improvement to syllable code
  - Added Polysyllable and Polysyllabic trait
  - Updated syllable heuristics for 3-syllable stretches
  - 4-syllable parsing
  - syllable debug logging + config

Brandon Thomas 90a0e367fa Syllable-based synthesis (WIP) 
- Vowels indicate syllable

- Algorithm tracks consonants and uses heuristics to attach them to a
  vowel island.

- Still work in progress.
