bflatastic 17495276e7 Refactor GalleryModal refresh logic and add refresh button 
- Simplified the refresh logic by extracting it into a separate `refreshGallery` function.
- Added a refresh button with a tooltip to allow users to manually refresh the gallery items.
- Updated the useEffect to call the new refresh function when the modal opens, ensuring the gallery is always up-to-date.
