start phasing fields out from our OpenAI client. These are a liability
...
It's smarter to just dump the fields we don't care about. That is less
of a chance that we got things wrong or things become incongruent at
runtime in the field.

Refactor GalleryModal refresh logic and add refresh button
...
- Simplified the refresh logic by extracting it into a separate `refreshGallery` function.
- Added a refresh button with a tooltip to allow users to manually refresh the gallery items.
- Updated the useEffect to call the new refresh function when the modal opens, ensuring the gallery is always up-to-date.
