Refresh VectorCraft screenshots and bump Crafting App downloads

VectorCraft's shots and share image now come from its latest README
renders, including the new Perspective Grid shot. The gallery pairs an
even number of shots instead of leading with a full-width one, so the
four VectorCraft shots sit in a 2x2 grid.

PhotoCraft moves to 0.3.0 and VectorCraft and EffectCraft to 0.4.0.
Their releases add Windows on ARM builds, now listed under Windows.
