The standard (§18.3.1, since ODF 1.2) reads an angle without a unit in degrees. WordCraft read unitless gradient angles in tenths of a degree in every file; in ODF 1.3 files it now follows the standard. LibreOffice and OpenOffice wrote gradient and hatch angles in tenths of a degree in their files before ODF 1.3 and still read them so; read by the standard, every older LibreOffice document's gradients would turn the wrong way. So in files older than 1.3 they are still read in tenths: a deviation from the standard, out of necessity, now listed in docs/odf-interpretation.md (a new rule and section for such deviations). WordCraft always writes these angles with a unit. The ODF 1.2 -> 1.3 changes (ODF 1.3 Part 3 Appendix G and their OASIS issues) were checked: none other gives a value written for 1.2 another meaning; the new defaults match how LibreOffice already read them.
