* fix(fields): quoted-argument backslash escapes and body PAGE in a cardinal-text section

A backslash inside a quoted field argument makes the next character literal, so TITLE "x \* Upper" shows x * Upper as Word does. A body PAGE field now uses the section's page number format (cardinal text shows words), as headers and footers already did.
