Claude bc5d9f9fa5 Gap 19: docs: ODT checked against LibreOffice's own templates ...

gaps.md row 19 now lists what's left in ODT after the template work:
- emphasis marks and turned characters, which have no WordCraft model;
- variable fields;
- control looks;
- embedded spreadsheets' contents;
- tables wider than the margins;
- what a character style turns off.
The ROADMAP progress log has the entry.
