Eduardo SoaresandBrandon Thomas 833d0b00c2 #755: Line Numbers and Hyphenation measure in the Options unit (#795) ...

File > Options > Advanced > Measurement units (#485) missed these two dialogs:
the Line Numbers "From text" distance and the Hyphenation zone read and
sent inches whatever the preference was. They now convert through
options::unit() like every other dialog; params still send points.
