Claude 6a62c6142f Gap 19: docs: variables, emphasis marks, page backgrounds, tables, default size ...

gaps.md row 19 now lists what's left in ODT:
- turned characters;
- conditional text;
- control looks;
- embedded spreadsheets' contents;
- dates in non-US locales.
The ROADMAP progress log has the entry.
