Claude 610233de3d M-ODT gap 19: element audit; index marks, plugins kept as read ...

Every element of the ODF 1.3 schema checked against both corpora and a
document of our own for each one no file held (docs/odt-element-audit.md).
Found and fixed: index and reference marks over text, plugins and
floating frames weren't kept as read, and a form's data source was
taken for a control. Left: password and grid form controls.
