Claude 570408b04b M-ODT gap 19: every package file written has its manifest entry ...

A kept part without a media type (LibreOffice's empty accelerator
configuration, a file the manifest didn't list) was written without an
entry, and LibreOffice refused the saved file. ODF 1.3 Part 2 §4.3
lists every file; its media type stays empty as read.
