Claude 135ce2229d Gap 19: ODT charts in drawing groups drawn on open ...

Review of the chart commit: the engine drew opened charts only at the
paragraph level, so a chart that was a member of a `draw:g` group
opened blank. The pass now goes into groups (bounded depth).
