Subject: [PATCH] CP1.3: craft-i18n pinned to the merge of its Language data
 review fixes (storytold/craft-i18n#107, 062a637)

craft-proof reads hyphenation patterns as language-data/<locale>/hyphenation.pat,
which #107 introduced.
