theironchefandClaude Opus 5.5 c6ac2bf3c5 Fix #247: dragging from a ruler onto the canvas makes a guide ...

The rulers were only painted. A drag from the top ruler now previews a
horizontal guide and adds it with guide.add where the button is released
on the canvas; the left ruler makes a vertical one. Released anywhere
else, nothing is added. Guides are shown when one is made this way.
