FredApps 52d68d7844 annot: share threed's MAX_MODEL_BYTES with model3d ...

main's 3D-embed change (#5808) added crates/annot/src/threed.rs with its own
pub MAX_MODEL_BYTES (same 256 MiB value), so both were re-exported from the
crate root and pdfcraft-annot no longer compiled after merging main. model3d
now uses threed's constant.
