aiongg 30300ae71b fix(engine): compare only documents that allow copying their text ...

Compare read both documents' words out with no check of the copying
permission, and its result, report and difference comments carry that text,
so a copy-restricted document's text could be taken out through a comparison.
Both documents must now allow copying.
