Merge origin/main. Conflicts: docs/changelog headers keep both histories; edit/run.rs keeps EnhanceScan beside main's run_edit_page_image; optimize images.rs keeps main's scaled() and the crate-visible jpeg(); the German strings in ui-egui/src/i18n/de.tsv go with that file, which main moved to craft-i18n. decode_samples now takes main's ImageBudget; a scan clean-up run shares one sized by the file. Review (CodeRabbit, scan_clean.rs): a page whose own images and a scan-holding Form only together cover it now cleans the images and reports the Form; a page whose images alone cover it reports its Form too. New regression fails on the old classification.
