From ebd09e66498f106669bc4afb5f736def51feb3fd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: KenM76 Date: Mon, 2 Nov 2026 15:03:39 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] M12: PRC reader: map the prc-rs licence for license-check (#1297) The Double code table's attribution pointed its licence file at the table's own source. `cargo xtask license-check` requires every asset's licence file to be a LICENSES.toml document, so the gate failed. Add prc-rs's LICENSE at the same commit as `licenses/prc-rs-LICENSE.txt`, fetched unchanged, with its origin and hash in LICENSES.toml, and point the attribution entry at it. The MIT notice stays in the table's header.
