Merge origin/main into fix/document-properties-layout

Conflicts: optimize_ui.rs imports (this branch's RichText, main's Compatibility; both kept)
and the organize.document-properties parity entry: both evidence lists kept, main's XMP note
kept, and the tab list now names main's Custom tab (#4387) instead of saying there is none.
