docs(edit): record safe crop and arrange semantics
Describe editor-owned crop removal, preserve authored clipping paths, and link the scope/state regressions in parity evidence. Record the maintainer changes without changing readiness estimates. Co-Authored-By: Codex GPT-6.1 <noreply@openai.com>

The pixels stay where they are (a clipping path inside the picture's own scope, so a later move or resize carries it along; cropping again replaces the earlier crop, so it can grow back); image_edit crop. Added images: trim each side by percent in Edit image, clipped. Not yet: cropping grouped Form artwork by handles is allowed the same way (it is a clip), but a shared clip of the original file is not changed."
