prxnvt b8f04d7af9 Macros: the check of each step counts the form controls a step deletes ...

The footprint counts a deleted form control as a conflict, but the
check made as each step runs counted only charts, pictures and shapes.
After a footprint that stopped early (at Solver, or an approved file
step), a later step could delete a control with no question. It now
counts controls too, so such a step stops the run under fail and asks
under ask.
