Review: a section moving carries its stickies and their connectors, so those connectors and
their labels are no snap targets for the section either (an end counts as carried when its node
or any ancestor is moving). The parity rows, the END_GAP doc and the test's doc no longer say
connectors from one side run together: elbows share their first run along the normal, curves
leave tangent to it, straight ones fan out from the same point.
