Dylan M. Taylor 7dc5d3b377 refactor(mcp): group with_marker's cut sizes into a struct (SonarCloud S107) ...

The depth and wire-size numbers describing a cut subtree are now one Cut
value, so with_marker takes 5 parameters instead of 8. Output is unchanged.
