Review of #1693 found that cast_effects built the picture content that a shadow,
a glow and a reflection are drawn from without converting a tiled fill to
points, so inside a scaled group the reflection of a tiled picture showed
child-space tiles while its face showed the right ones.
The content now goes through paint::tiled_picture_per_point with per_point_xy,
as the face does.
Test: a tiled picture's reflection in groups scaled 0.25, 1600 and 2x0.5 shows
the same colours as in an unscaled group; it fails without the change.

Review of #1693 found two more places that drew a tiled picture fill in the
shape's own (child-space) units inside a scaled group.
A group nested in a scaled group stored its own tiled fill unconverted, so the
members that take it (grpFill) got oversized tiles. The owning group now
converts the fill with per_point_xy when it stores it, so inheriting members,
directly or through a chain of grpFill groups, get the converted tile.
A picture shape (p:pic) whose blip fill is a tile passed its own fill straight
to paint::picture. It now goes through paint::tiled_picture_per_point, which
tiled_per_point also uses.
Tests: a group's tile passed to its members and a picture shape's own tile, each
in outer groups scaled 1, 0.25, 1600 and 2x0.5; both fail without the change.
Docs: the Picture and texture fill checklist row is re-assessed (remains P) with
its status line and revision history, and the ROADMAP progress log row mentions
both cases.

A tiled picture fill (a:blipFill with a:tile) was sized in the shape's own
units. Inside a group whose child space differs from its box (old decks write
child spaces ~1800 times smaller) one tile covered hundreds of boxes, so the
fill showed a single flat texel instead of the texture.
PowerPoint's own PNG export of a synthetic probe deck shows the tile keeps its
size, offset, anchor and mirroring in slide points whatever the group's scale,
uniform or stretched unevenly, nested or flipped. The tile is now converted
from points to shape units per axis (Renderer::per_point_xy, paint::
tiled_per_point), and snapped to whole device pixels per axis.
Tiles with rotWithShape="0" are drawn in device pixels and were sized in
pixels, ignoring the zoom (even outside groups); they are now sized to pixels
first.
Tests: a tile in groups of seven scales (uniform and uneven, wide and tall
tile), and an upright tile in a turned shape at zoom 1 and 2.

effects_below merged all subpaths into one silhouette and filled it
with the NonZero rule, discarding each subpath's even_odd flag, so the
holes of donut, frame and similar preset shapes filled in under outer
shadows, glows and reflections. Fill each participating subpath under
its own fill rule at the three effect fill sites, mirroring
fill_geometry; the glow stroke keeps the merged silhouette.
Fixes#1596. The picture-content shadow clip path is unchanged
(that is #1597's territory).
An ellipse at the EMU limit, compounding group scales or custom-geometry
guides could reach vello's flattener with an outline billions of pixels
long; it sizes its buffer by that length and the allocation aborts the
process. geometry::drawable() rejects a shape with a non-finite path
point, then measures the outline's control box (which always holds the
curve, unlike the tight bounding box when its extremum overflows) unioned
with the frame; past 1e7 device pixels the shape is skipped with a warning.
Rebased onto the render module split: the guard now lives in geometry.rs
and renderer.rs.

* fix(render): optimize table styles, chart lookups, line trimming, and canvas limits
* fix(render): give outer-shadow passes their own traversal budget
A shadowed group's silhouette pass shared the 100,000-visit limit with normal drawing, so a group with many children could use it up before anything visible was drawn.
* perf(render): resolve a table's style once per draw

Format Shape's Pattern fill set 25 % in accent 1 on background 1 and
offered no way to change it, and Format Background listed 10 of the 54
presets by their XML names. Both panes now show the same editor: a
gallery of the 54 DrawingML presets drawn in the fill's own colors,
each named in words, and Foreground and Background color menus.
With a pattern fill, Format Shape no longer shows the solid-fill Color
button, which replaced the pattern with a solid fill, or the
Transparency slider, which did not change a pattern. The renderer
exports the preset list and tiles for the gallery to draw.
PowerPoint draws a picture's own fill (p:pic/p:spPr) behind the picture, so
it shows through its transparent pixels: a synthetic deck with one
half-transparent PNG three times (no fill, an orange fill, a yellow fill
with a blue outline), exported as PDF, shows the orange and yellow boxes
behind the image. DeckCraft drew the outline but never the fill.
Old equation objects use this: an OLE object (p:oleObj, Equation.3) has a
fallback picture whose spPr gives it a coloured box behind the equation's
transparent metafile. The reader took only the picture's image as the
object's preview and dropped its fill and line.
- The shape-fill loop moves into Renderer::fill_geometry; a picture and an
embedded object's preview paint their own explicit fill with it before
the image (a style fill alone still draws nothing, as before).
- An embedded object without a fill or line of its own takes them from
its fallback picture's spPr; its frame keeps its own position.

* fix(metafile): harden EMF+ parsing, clipping complexity, and memory accounting
- Row 72: Use checked tail slicing in comment header offset calculations
- Row 78: Break FillRects and DrawRects loops early when canvas is full
- Row 75: Pre-check dimensions in decode_compressed before RGBA pixel allocation
- Row 85: Account for EMF+ object table image/path memory against MAX_BYTES
- Row 42: Replace O(N^2) prefix copying in wrap_line with linear measurement
- Row 43 & 54: Share immutable clip regions Arc across placed items and charge canvas regions
- Row 48: Bound text transformation scale and glyph curve geometry in Picture::place and draw_text
- Row 52 & 68: Impose work budget bounds on Sutherland-Hodgman polygon clipping and bitmap masking
* fix(metafile): collapse nested if statement per clippy
Skipped where the receiver type is generic or not evident without a compiler (wrapping_neg, total_cmp, exists, to_vec, as_ref, split_first, Option::into_inner).

* chore: resolve SonarCloud maintainability issues
* fix: address shellcheck SC2059 and fix generic cast ambiguity
* style: apply rustfmt formatting
* fix: restore compile and behaviour in Sonar refactors
- fonts: char::is_alphanumeric takes &self, so filter needs a closure
- h264: keep the mvd accumulator as i32 (prefix is usize)
- model: annotate the non-stacked range accumulators as f64
- engine: chart.options still clears the raw chart XML for upDownBars
and quartiles; smartart goes back to the glob import (cmd! macro)
- web: keep the original viewport meta (behaviour change)

The medium2 (default), medium4 and banded light1 table styles tint body cells towards white
but gave their text no colour, so it inherited the theme's text colour: light on a dark theme
such as Nocturne, and nearly invisible on the light tint. PowerPoint's medium styles set that
text to dk1. DeckCraft's dark themes keep the dark colour in lt1 (Nocturne has dk1 white and
lt1 near-black, relying on the default tx1->dk1 map), so the look picks whichever of dk1 and
lt1 contrasts more with the cell's actual fill. Cells with no fill keep inheriting, and the
"grid" border keeps the text colour.

The theme's bare text colour made chart text black on a light theme,
where it used to be 595959. PowerPoint's default is `tx1` at lumMod 65000
and lumOff 35000: 595959 on a light theme, a light grey on a dark one, so
the dark-theme fix stays. The render test now checks the light-theme title
is dark but not black; the chart.options doc says what null gives.

A textColor set on a chart (chart.options, or Font Color with the chart
selected) coloured the title, axes and legend but left a pie's data labels
white. They stay white by default, on the slices, and follow a colour the
chart's text was given.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A chart's title, axis labels, legend and data labels were drawn in a
fixed grey (0x595959) whenever `text_color` was unset, which is
near-invisible on a dark theme. The renderer now resolves the theme's
tx1 instead, so a chart is readable by default on Nocturne as well as
on Harbor; an explicit colour still wins.

A text box with a glow in its shape properties but no fill and no line got a
blurred ring round the whole box; PowerPoint shows only the text's own glow.
The glow of a frame with a line, and of a filled shape, is unchanged.
