Brandon ThomasandClaude Opus 5.5 f0808a5ccb fix(ci): install ALSA headers for Linux and riscv64 builds (#5) ...

SoundCraft links ALSA through cpal; its pre-shared-workflow release.yml
installed libasound2-dev (and :riscv64). Without them the Linux x86_64,
aarch64 and riscv64 release jobs fail with "unable to find library
-lasound". Apps that don't use ALSA don't link it.
