Fix/ Pagination in Side Tabs
- updated itemElements to be compatible with pagination
- updated characters, animation, expressions & objects tab to use
pagination
- hard set loading user & featured items of any kind to be 100
- better pagination implementation in audio tab
- patching filters to load everything first
- code cleanup, resolve linter complaints

Fix/ Filter Items in Side Tabs
- patching FilterButton and other components so then the filters
actually works
- patching all tabs to use the FilterButton
- clean up, eliminated unnecessary signal to remember filters.

wilandwil 3e33321fd3 Fix / Delete Env var Signal to avoid Over Rerender (#528) 
- delete the env var signal at root in favor for the env var class
- this prevents the app from making unnecessary rerender, especially on
load
- fixed some eslint issues while treading through these files

wilandwil 865f009ee2 implement v2v with the new audio upload in Api Manager, and big cleanup (#515) 
- simplify the upload component in v2v because the api manager made it
easier now
- comb through all the old api files
- since nothing refers to them anymore, they are deleted
