Brandon Thomas 14cbd928d5 free users nano banana limits (#1005) 
Only allow free users one Nano Banana (Pro) or GPT Image at a time as
this can lead to high costs.

Users can bring their own subscription or API key, or they can subscribe
to ArtCraft to bypass this.
