editor state holds the info of the state of the editor, timeline, and
generation metadata
editor state json is the json version of editor state, with a snapshot
timestamp
assuming editor state holds all the correct information, the editor
state json will be the serialized version of editor state and this way,
information wont be lost.

During the meeting, most people liked the panel being on the right side
more than the left panel demo.
This PR is for extending the right side panel to full height for more
vertical space as we talked about.
changes:
- much better full height right side panel, a lot more vertical space
- if side panel is open it resizes the timeline's right side

- updated characters, animation, expressions & objects tab to use

- hard set loading user & featured items of any kind to be 100
