ArEnSc 5d85e9b805 Feature/rendering (#14) 
* Taking a checkpoint on this, basically need to ensure that the blobs come over to the main thread correctly.
As array buffers.
Lets just try with single images.

* Change the endpoint setup error handling and create a new video now to hold the new video once DiffusionSharedWorker
Freeze the video nodes tie up rendering and add a message on rendering.
Fix issue with window scaling and positioning.

* Added Progression issue with the server not processing stuff though.
Now the UI piece needs to be worked on and the payloads for this.

* Capture canvas resizing dynamically, now time to ensure all nodes follow the resizing.

* Need to handle errors.
Need to add a loading bar at the top of the main canvas thing.

* Resize issue fixed with the Canvas by adding delta.

* Modified the end point to be 24 fps, need to expose it.
Need to hook in the loading API Freeze the components, surface the new video node, and potentially stream the frames back.
We need to add a delete node and add a video node.

* Ok merging with main so we can merge with wil's work.

* Multiselect needs to do deleted.

* Selection Manager added.

* Ok multi-select working.

* Working on Delete and Layers.

* Delete Videos Added and Selection Bug fixed.
Added Z Layer stuff.

* added the image send back and front.

* Fixed minor bug.
Merging with wils code now.
