* Rendering Works testing webworkers and optimizing the frame.
* Going to try zero padding.
* Minor bug but its signed off. It has to do with rendering seek not actually working well.

* Got frame capture working correctly for the scope of the window.
Need to build an shared worker that will have this process run independently while user switches tabs.
* Need to buttons to be able to have the render system work.
