Bump ArtCraft Launcher downloads to 0.1.2 (#74)

Points every launcher download on /apps and the Crafting App pages at
[v0.1.2](https://github.com/storytold/craft-launcher/releases/tag/v0.1.2):
the Windows installer now lets you pick the install folder and offers a
desktop shortcut. Merged ahead of the release being published; it goes
live only when the site is published on Netlify.
